Vehicle sale success at Thainstone

3Despite the cold weather, the Thainstone Specialist Auction team welcomed a roaring trade of buyers bidding for 150 company cars, commercials and 4x4’s – as part of its vehicle auction on Monday evening.
The vehicle sale attracted a large crowd from all over the UK to the Thainstone Centre, as well as interested parties bidding through the online i-bidder facility. The auction featured 29 ex-company cars from Aberdeen Journals – which all sold on the night – and included the monthly commercial and 4x4 sale.  Top price went to a 63 reg. Mini which sold for £8,400 to a buyer in the South of England.
John Roy, Vehicle & Machinery Sales Manager, TSA (part of the ANM Group) said: “Our vehicle sales are extremely popular, attracting both local and national buyers alike.  In addition to the live sale, online bidding was available for customers to bid from the comfort of their own home or office.
“At Monday night’s sale we were delighted to work with Aberdeen Journals to offer this range of cars due to its fleet renewal – including Volkswagens, Fords, Vauxhalls and Renaults - alongside our last monthly commercial and 4x4 sale of the year to offer a great selection of vehicles to suit all needs and pockets.  We offer our customers a transparent and professional service exposing their vehicles to the open market whilst offering prompt payment and fair pricing.”
TSA hosts a monthly commercial and 4x4 sale as well as two major vehicle auctions on a weekly basis – the last weekly sale of the year will take place on the 22nd December.
